What is food-grade genetically modified phospholipid?

Hisoya Biotechnology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.is a biotech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and application services. Its predecessor was the Fine Chemical Plant of South China University of Technology, established in 1985. Leveraging strong scientific research advantages, the company combines modern advanced biotechnology with chemical separation technologies to produce a series of functional non-genetically modified soybean deep-processing products for use in food, health products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other fields.

We firmly believe that technology is the core of the enterprise and that development is the fundamental principle of business. The company has participated in numerous national, provincial, and municipal science and technology projects, including: the National Ministry of Science and Technology's "Tenth Five-Year" key technologies and equipment research for soybean deep processing; the National Development and Reform Commission's Plant Protein Engineering Research Center construction project; the National Ministry of Science and Technology's "Eleventh Five-Year" industrialization research and development of high-quality soybean phospholipids; in 2007, an international cooperation project undertaken by our company on the key technologies and equipment for industrial production of IMO using "molecular control" technology; the provincial-level science and technology project on industrial production technology transformation of soybean lecithin; the municipal-level science and technology project on the technology of industrial production of soybean polysaccharides using "molecular control" technology, for which we won the Second Prize of Guangdong Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Award; in 2010, the project undertaken by our company was rated as one of the "Top 500 Projects of Guangdong Modern Industries." The company has passed ISO9001, ISO22000, and HACCP quality system certifications, as well as the European EUROFINS non-GMO IP system certification; has obtained the QS production license and KOSHER/HALAL certifications; the production conditions, environment, and processes all meet export hygiene requirements, and the company has passed export hygiene registration, allowing it to export to international markets.

Strong technical support is the prerequisite for ensuring product quality. One of our partners, South China University of Technology, is a well-known domestic university. We have participated in the Soybean Deep Processing Technology Demonstration Center jointly established by South China University of Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission, and have co-built on campus a soybean phospholipid spray testing center, a soybean lecithin emulsification testing center, and a soybean polysaccharide pilot plant. We have also established a non-GMO monitoring platform in cooperation with Guangdong Provincial Import and Export Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, enabling timely monitoring of transgenic components in products to ensure product safety. The main production equipment uses imported machinery from German companies such as BUSS-SMS, Siemens-Nash-Elmo, and Achenbach, ensuring stable production processes. On-site monitoring equipment includes advanced analytical instruments such as gas chromatography and liquid chromatography, equipped with the world's most advanced low-temperature evaporative light scattering detector, which accurately monitors the PC, PE, PI, LPC, and LPE content in soybean phospholipids to ensure stable product quality.

Looking to the future, Hisoya will continue to adhere to the principle of "creating first-class products and providing high-quality services," focusing on serving customers and ensuring quality as the direction to implement its brand strategy.
