Modified soya lecithin liquid

Modified soya lecithin is made from concentrated soya lecithin by chemical modification. It has good hydrophilicity and oil-in-water emulsification. The content ofacetone insoluble matter is the same as that of natural phospholipid. However, itsemulsification and hydrophilic properties are significantly higher than those ofconcentrated soya lecithin.

Applications in the food industry
In the food industry, modified soybean phospholipids are mainly used as multifunctional emulsifiers, quality improvers and nutritional fortifiers. 
Improve texture and enhance taste: It can effectively promote the uniform mixture of water and oil, thereby improving the texture and taste of food. For example, in baked goods (bread, cakes), it can increase elasticity, making the products softer and preventing the loss of aroma; in instant noodles and dried noodles, it can enhance their toughness and smoothness. 
Enhance appearance, extend shelf life: When added to chocolate and candies, it can achieve shaping and moisturizing effects, preventing sugar crystallization or oil seepage, making the surface of the chocolate smoother and the storage more stable. At the same time, it also helps prevent the oxidation and deterioration of oil in food, extending the shelf life.
Application in the feed industry
In the feed industry, modified soybean phospholipids are an ideal nutritional supplement and functional feed additive, capable of providing nutrition while enhancing the quality of the feed.
