Transparent soy lecithin, also known as clarified or refined fluid soy lecithin, is a highly processed form of soy lecithin that has undergone purification steps to remove impurities. It is a clear, amber-colored to light yellow, viscous fluid produced by drying and filtration obtained from crude soybean oil during the oil-refining process. Unlike standard crude lecithin, which typically appears as dark brown, turbid, semi-transparent or opaque liquid, transparent soy lecithin exhibits remarkable clarity and translucency.

Application Range

1. Superior Emulsification

Transparent phospholipids serve as highly efficient natural emulsifiers, enabling the stable blending of oil- and water-based ingredients that would otherwise separate. Their amphiphilic molecular structure — containing both hydrophilic (water-loving) and lipophilic (fat-loving) groups — allows them to stabilise emulsions in both oil-in-water (O/W) and water-in-oil (W/O) systems. This makes them a clean-label alternative to synthetic emulsifiers such as polysorbates or mono- and diglycerides.

2. Enhanced Bioavailability & Nutrient Delivery

One of the most valuable functions of phospholipids is their ability to form liposomes — microscopic vesicles that encapsulate both lipophilic and hydrophilic nutrients.

it can be used for Food & Beverage, such as Baked goods, chocolate, confectionery, instant beverages, dairy powders, margarines, spreads, and Nutraceuticals & Dietary Supplements, such as Softgels, capsules, functional foods, infant formula, nutritional. powders
